Red Rover Road - Industrial Subdivision

LS Plant Hire is proud to be engaged as a subcontractor to Golding Contractors, delivering comprehensive earthworks for a major industrial subdivision project.

Our scope includes clearing and grubbing, installation of sediment controls, bulk earthworks, cut and fill operations, final trim detailed GPS excavation and UTS grader services including sub grades and gravel placement. All to ensure that the development is constructed to specification and ready for infrastructure installation.

In addition, LS Plant Hire has been subcontracted to Global Turf to complete over 900m² of stone pitching. This specialised work enhances drainage performance and long-term erosion control while delivering a durable and visually refined finish to key areas of the subdivision.

Exploration Drilling

LS Plant Hire is excited to contract to White Energy, delivering critical earthworks and site support services for their exploration drilling operations.

Our scope of works includes constructing access tracks, preparing and stabilising drill pads, and excavating sumps to ensure safe and efficient drilling activities.

In addition to civil works, LS Plant Hire provides reliable water cart services to support the drill rig, ensuring continuous supply for drilling operations and dust suppression within the harshest of terrains.



Through strong collaboration, safety-focused practices, and dependable service delivery, LS Plant Hire plays a key role in enabling efficient and successful exploration programs.

Alpha HPA - Construction

LS Plant Hire has been a proud direct contractor to Alpha HPA since the very commencement of works, playing a key role in preparing and supporting early-stage development activities. Our scope included but was not limited to the installation of site drainage, fabrication and installation of site access gates ensuring the area was fully prepared, compliant, and ready to support ongoing construction activities.

As a subcontractor to Pentacon within the stage 1 bulk earthworks project, we delivered comprehensive final trim earthworks and site services, including drainage upgrades on site and to the neighbouring GAWB water treatment plant.

The successful completion of the stage 1 bulk earthworks project saw LS Plant Hire invited back as the major subcontractor to Pentacon for the stage 2 bulk earthworks project. This included the supply of 10+ pieces of plant and highly skilled operators.

LS Plant Hire further supported Walz Group in the construction of their crane pad, providing precision earthworks to meet strict engineering requirements. Throughout the project, we have also supplied consistent and reliable dust suppression services to maintain safe and efficient site conditions.

Flinders Village - Industrial Landscaping

LS Plant Hire is proud to have been engaged as a contractor for Flinders Village, delivering professional industrial landscaping services across the development.

Our scope of works included topsoil screening and conditioning to ensure optimal soil structure and nutrient balance, creating a strong foundation for long-term landscape performance. 

We also managed the supply and placement of quality topsoil and mulch, delivering a clean, consistent finish that enhances both presentation and environmental outcomes.
